WILSON HILL ROAD HOUSE
The Wilson Hill Road house is a contemporary residence that prioritises comfort, functionality, and timeless aesthetics. The house features expansive living spaces, a carefully curated material palette, and large openings that invite natural light and ventilation. Thoughtfully integrated outdoor areas enhance the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Designed to embrace both privacy and connection, the home carefully separates the children’s and guest wing from the main living areas, with a glass-enclosed space in between. The house subtly integrates with the land, making use of the site’s natural levels. The underground cellar, though tucked away, sits at the same level as the main house, blending seamlessly into the design. The pool house, positioned to work with the terrain, creates a striking floating effect, enhancing the home’s connection to its surroundings. Thoughtfully designed, the residence offers a true sense of retreat.
The Back Valley house will be a contemporary residence located on a property at the Southern end of the Fleurieu Peninsula to the south of Adelaide. The house’s location features distant views over Encounter Bay to the east as well as beautiful remnant native bushland to one side. The house is designed to nestle into the hill and create spaces of privacy and seclusion, while also taking advantage of the panoramic views from the living and entertaining areas. A community of separate built elements will create the sense of a village, which helps to create outdoor spaces and connections between spaces, both indoor and outdoor.
