A comprehensive and ambitious thoroughbred stud masterplan for a historic property on the edge of South Australia’s Barossa Valley. The proposal allows for the full cycle of thoroughbred breeding from conception to yearling preparation. The relatively large site has complex topography and significant natural values, all of which have been recognized and respected in the design process and serve to enhance the proposed outcome.
